Who collects the data
Data is collected by Mind Spring MTÜ (Bilingual Speech and Learning Studio), Tallinn, Estonia. [Registration code to be added.]
What data is collected
- Parent's name
- Phone and/or email
- Child's age
- Program of interest and preferred language of communication
- Optional: child's name, comment, convenient time to be contacted
At this stage we do not collect: national ID code, full address, medical records, diagnoses, full date of birth, photos of the child, or the second parent's details.
Why the data is needed
To contact the parent, clarify their request and offer a suitable class.
How the data is used
Data is used only to process the request and communicate with the parent. It is not used for automated decision-making.
Who the data may be shared with
Data is shared only with the service used to submit the form (such as Netlify Forms or Formspree), and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long data is kept
